Do I need to install anything?+
No. YardOS works in any browser and you can add it to your phone's home screen — no app store, no install. Works on the oldest phone in the tack room.
Is this suitable for staff who aren't confident with technology?+
Most of YardOS is checkboxes and lists. We've tested it with yard staff aged 16 to 72. Setup takes 10 minutes; we can do it with you on a video call if you'd prefer.
Does it cost anything for horse owners?+
No — owners get free accounts to view their horse, bookings, and invoices. You only pay for the yard.
How does payment collection work?+
On Pro you can send card-payable invoices. Owners pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay; the money lands in your bank via Stripe.
